This Privacy Policy explains how Vampir ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using Vampir you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Location: With your permission, we access your device location to show nearby game lobbies. Location is used only while the App is active and is not stored on our servers.
Photos & Camera: With your permission, we access your photo library and camera so you can capture and display photos within the App. Images you choose to share are stored in our cloud storage (Firebase Storage).
Game & Usage Data: We store game state, lobby information, and user-generated content in our database (Firebase Firestore) to provide the core gameplay experience.
Purchase Information: In-app purchase transactions are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of purchase status but never see your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate game features, including lobbies and multiplayer sessions.
To display photos and media you choose to share inside the App.
To process and verify in-app subscriptions and purchases.
To improve the App based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:

Firebase (Google): Database and file storage. Firebase Privacy Policy

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party services listed above to the extent necessary to operate the App. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Data Retention

Game data and uploaded photos are retained as long as your content exists in the App. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 8).

6. Children's Privacy

Vampir is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase and Apple to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
