This Privacy Policy describes how Letter ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. Letter is a word puzzle game. We have designed the App to collect as little information as possible. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal identity information to play.
We do not collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. We do not sell or rent any information about you to third parties.
Your game progress, statistics, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. If you delete the App, this locally stored data is removed with it.
The App offers optional in-app purchases and/or subscriptions. These transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment card details. To manage purchases and validate subscription status, we use RevenueCat, a third-party purchase management service. RevenueCat may process a non-personal, app-generated identifier and basic transaction information (such as the product purchased and purchase status) so the App can unlock and restore your purchases. Please review Apple's and RevenueCat's privacy policies for details on how they handle this data.
The App may ask you to rate it using Apple's standard in-app review feature. This is handled entirely by Apple, and we do not receive any personal information from it.
Letter is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we do not collect personal information from any user, no special data is gathered from children.
Since gameplay data is stored locally on your device, its security is largely governed by your device's own protections. For any data processed by Apple or RevenueCat in connection with purchases, those providers apply their own security measures.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
